Welcome to Anderson Island, Washington – a quiet, friendly community at the south end of Puget Sound – seven miles south of Tacoma, and only a short twenty minute ferry ride from Steilacoom. We are surounded by the Key Peninsula; Fox, and Ketron Islands; Steilacoom on the mainland; and the Nisqually Wildlife Refuge. Rainier looms near by and the Olympic Mountains grace the skyline to the west.
